Home > Terms and conditions Welcome to Paris Delices! Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before using or obtaining any products, or services through Paris Delices. These terms govern your use of all content, products or services available through Paris Delices. By signing our confirmation receipt you agree to be bound by these terms, and to use the services of Paris Delices in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings and regulations. All persons named in the reservation are subject to this agreement and your signature implies acceptance of all terms by all participants named and that as signer, you have made all persons aware of the terms. You will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the products and services available from Paris Delices. A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of confirmation. The appropriate amount will automatically be debited to the credit card provided. Any service request not confirmed with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification. Final payment is due prior to delivery of final travel itinerary and reservation/service requests. Standard Cancellation Policy: • Deposited service requests cancelled 30 or more days prior to travel, deposit is non refundable. • Fully paid service requests cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel, deposit plus any fees levied by the suppliers is non refundable • Service requests cancelled inside 15 days – Totally non refundable |
Once a service request is received and confirmed, any modification of dates or alteration of services will require a change fee. Fees vary according to the scope of the change but can be substantial if last minute changes lead to hotel or other service cancellations. All changes are subject to availability and limitations and restrictions of the suppliers. Availability may be very limited during peak travel periods. Suppliers who furnish products or services through Paris Delices are independent contractors, and not agents or employees of Paris Delices. Paris Delices is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in schedule or rates (due to exchange rate or supplier decision), or any other irregularity due to wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omission on the part of the property whose name appears on this receipt. In the event that a supplier is unable to perform the requested service(s), for example company bankruptcy, our client will be notified of the available alternatives. In the case that the client is offered a refund or required to pay a supplemental charge, all terms and conditions will still apply. This does not apply in the case of Force Majeure (refunds and compensation payments are not liable in circumstances out of our supplier’s control. |
