The RER (Réseau Express Régional) is an express urban rail network which offers multiple connections to the Paris train and Métro stations. The RER B connects the Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris’s city center.
From the RER B line, you can reach stations - Gare du Nord, Châtelet-Les Halles, Saint Michel-Notre Dame, Luxembourg, Port-Royal, and Denfert-Rochereau.
How to use the RER:
From Terminal 1
The RER station is not located inside Terminal 1 but at “Roissypole”.
Go to exit 22 (departure level) and board ADP shuttle bus line 2 to “Roissypole” (a 15 minute journey).
From Terminal 2
The RER/TGV station is located underneath Terminal 2, between Terminal 2C/2E and 2D/2F.
Look for “Paris par train” or “Gare” signs.
You can reach the rail station by foot or you may use ADP shuttle bus line 3.

SHUTTLES
Airport shuttle services are an easy and affordable door-to-door option. Many shuttle companies require passengers to reserve their place 48 hours before their Paris arrival time.
Before collecting your luggage, you must contact the shuttle company by dialing a toll free number from one of the indicated phones at the arrival gate. You will be given a precise meeting point, somewhere near your terminal, by the operator. The shuttle will make a circuit of the airport and Paris picking up and dropping off passengers along the way. Passengers will be dropped off at their chosen Parisian address.
Where to purchase you ticket:
This may be done on-line at your time of reservation.
Travel time:
This can vary according to traffic congestion and the drop off location for yourself and the other shuttle passengers. Once you have telephoned the shuttle company, you may have to wait some minutes for your assigned shuttle to arrive.
Fare:
Refer to the company’s website for an accurate fare. The average fare is 25€.
